Your entrance wristband is also your payment wristband. You can put an unlimited amount on it. You can top up your wristband at the top-up points at the cash registers (cash or payment card) or via your mobile phone by scanning the qr code on your wristband.
At the drinks and food stands your order is displayed on the screen and you pay by placing your wristband against the top-up point. The value is deducted. You can immediately see how much is left on your wristband.

You can top up your wristband with cash or Bancontact at the cash registers. You can also top up your wristband via mobile payment by scanning the QR-code on your tag.

The remaining value on your wristband that you topped up at the festival can be reclaimed after the festival via a link that will be shared via socials and on the website.
1. The refund link can be found on socials and website a few days after the event
2. Processing and transaction costs is 2 euro, which will be subtracted of the remaining value. If the remaining value is less then 2 euro, it will therefore not be able to claim the refund
3. The refund period starts on Wednesday 8/7 and ends on Friday 17/7. After this period refunds are no longer possible, whatever the given reason
4. You can expect refunds within one month after closing

Pre-purchased spending on Vip box and Vip table tickets are non-refundable. Extra spending charged on site is refundable.

During the festival, every made order contains a certain amount of reusable cup deposit. Hand in those cups at the bar with your next order to deduct their value or replace it with new cups.
10 more cups can be exchanged than actually used and monitored on your wristband. Feel free to collect dropped cups and get rewarded with a refund.
After the festival, the remaining value of cups on your wristband are not refundable.
