Sunday July 6th: 3PM - 12AM

Age

Access to the Beauville festival is permitted from the effective age of 18 the moment the festival takes place. In case of doubt, your identity card will be requested for verification at the entrance.

Access

Your unique ticket will be scanned at the entrance. This can be done by printing the ticket on A4 or saving it on your smartphone (No photo of the ticket). You will not be allowed in without a ticket. If the event is sold out in advance, this will be announced on the website and social media. Tickets can be purchased at the box office while stocks last.

Download your ticket in advance. Too many downloads at the entrance can overload the network.

You will receive your personal wristband with which you can enter and leave the site. This wristband is also your payment method (see ‘Cashless’ below)

Accessibility

The necessary attention is paid to making the site accessible to people with disabilities. You must report your arrival via info@beau-ville.be so that we can assist you personally that day. There is adapted parking near the entrance. You can use an adapted toilet. There is permanent assistance on the site.

Evacuation

There is only one entrance to the site. However, this does not mean that evacuation is not possible on the site. There is sufficient space and evacuation facilities on the site. The emergency exits are clearly visible. In case of emergency, the music will be stopped and instructions will be given via microphone. Stay calm and help each other. In order to ensure easy accessibility to the fire brigade and police, Ooidonkdreef must remain car-free. Any obstacle (parked car, mopeds, bicycles, etc.) may be removed or towed by the organisation to guarantee safety.

Nuisance and night noise

The festival ends at 1am and midnight and everyone is escorted to the exit. Police, security, stewards and parking boys keep an eye on things. Cars drive via Ooidonkdreef through the village towards the Leernsesteenweg. Respect the residents and keep it quiet.
